Please note that I am not about telling staff what constitutes good wellbeing but about manging the job to give them the time to do this themselves. Supervision for Headteachers

I offer one to one supervision for headteachers in one hour blocks online. (£45 per hour).

These can be done regularly or when you feel the need. I can also do any other staff that you feel would benefit from individual rather than group supervision.

Staff Supervision Circles

Groups of 8-10 staff are coached in supportive, confidential circles. These circles

allow the individuals in the group to bring challenges they are facing within their role. The group together coach that person into finding resolutions.

£175 for half a day (two groups).

Teambuilding for a happy school

Pupils thrive in an environment where staff are happy and work well together. Staff will thrive in an environment where they can appreciate each other and work together to solve problems.
This twilight demonstrates to staff how they can save time and work more effectively when they recognise each other’s strengths. It gives them strategies to help each other smartly.
There is also a focus on how to manage their own workload effectively and look after themselves.

£175 for a twilight session

Headteacher Wellbeing Audit

Half a day with the headteacher (A governor can be involved if desired).

Headteacher audits their own wellbeing.

Practical considerations for lightening the load, dealing with the stresses and enjoying the role.

£175 for 2.5 hours.

Twilight session covering:

How to make time and how to achieve better work-life balance.

-How to manage and reduce teacher workload

Creating a Wellbeing Culture in School

Considerations for leadership team on the management of school that can impact on wellbeing and ideas for helping staff feel valued.

This focuses on managing workload of staff and putting in systems to support wellbeing.

Whole staff inset days can be provided. This will cover:

Recognising each others' strengths and values
Working together as a team to support each other and solve problems.
